10 Promises To My Dog.

12-year old Akari fell in love with a puppy that had wandered into her house and adopted it. She names it "Socks" as its' paws looked like they had white socks on. The girl and dog are inseparable, and the pet was a great comfort to Akari while grieving her mother's death. However, as Akari grows up, her feelings and interest moves away from Socks. Year by year, their distance grows, which also leads to her physical distance as she moves to a far off city, and must leave Socks behind to a childhood friend. After ten years, she reconcils with him, he had came back for his guitar solo recital after going Paris for further advance learning in Guitar. . Her dog was found as some kind hearted soul brought Socks to the police station. The touching part is where she managed to rush home to see her dog alive for the last time, and where her dad passed her a sketchbook which her mum designed for her. The content is the 10 promises to my dog. Akari then remembers the 10 promises that she had made to Socks and her mother. Tears rolled down her cheeks as her dog lay weak and eventually passed on due to old age. She marries her childhood friend soon after, where her dad brought along her mum's and dog's photo to the wedding ceremony. A mysterious wind reminds her of her deceased mum.. It was supposed to be a night of celebration for Kristen McKay (Liv Tyler) and James Hoyt (Scott Speedman), but after leaving a friend's wedding reception and returning to the house, everything had collapsed for the happy couple. Then came a 4 a.m. knock on the door and a haunting voice. The confrontation forces Kristen and James to go far beyond what they thought themselves capable of if they hope to survive. James shot his friend accidentally, he was filled with grief and regret of his actions. They both were killed in the end by the masked killers. they left after that in a vehicle. When 2 schoolboys entered the apartment after the killers left, one of the boys checked whether Kristen was breathing, however, her sudden awakeness shocked the audiences in the cinemas (screams*)
